Professional Bio

Matthew is a student completing the Integrated Undergraduate Graduate program to achieve his Master's Degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations. In the spring of 2024, he will be achieving his bachelor's degree in labor and human resources with a minor in Psychology.

At Penn State, Matthew has made his mark by being involved with Theta Chi Fraternity, the Huck Professional Development Program, and Penn State's SHRM organization. This semester, he will be getting involved with the Leadership Development Center.

In the summer, Matthew got acclimated to working in the HR field through an internship with Paychex. As an HR Advisor Intern, he was able to gain practical experience in navigating labor law issues and best practices for HR matters. With the master's program, Matthew plans to continue exploring the vast world of human resources and work towards becoming an HR professional.
