Professional Bio

Kaitlin is a first-year student in the integrated undergraduate/graduate Psychology B.S./ Human Resources and Employment Relations M.S. program at Penn State University. She will be graduating in May 2024 with a degree in Psychology B.S. along with a minor in Business. In May 2025, she will be graduating with her Master’s in Human Resources and Employment Relations.  

While studying at Penn State, Kaitlin became heavily involved with THON through her time serving on the hospitality committee. She also works on campus at Shake Smart where she makes and serves several food items ranging from protein shakes to specialty toasts. In addition, she plans to join SHRM this upcoming semester to expand her interest in HR even more.   

Kaitlin is looking forward to the amazing opportunities and learning experiences to come from this program and Penn State University! She is open to work beginning in the summer of 2025.
