Charles is a Master of Human Resources and Employment Relations student with a strong foundation in labor and workplace dynamics. He earned his Bachelor's of Science in Labor and Human Resources from The Pennsylvania State University in May of 2025, with minor courses of study in Dispute Management and Resolution as well as Organizational Leadership. His academic and professional interests include conducting workplace investigations, leadership development, employment relations, and fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
