Professional Bio

Dr. Brooke Graham is an Assistant Teaching Professor of Human Resource Management and Organizational Leadership in the School of Labor and Employment Relations at Penn State University. She earned her PhD in Organizational Science and Strategic Leadership from James Madison University and holds both a Master of Science in Management and Organization (with an emphasis in leadership) and a Master of Business Administration (with an emphasis in human resource management) from the University of Colorado.

Dr. Graham’s research examines gender differences in leadership and personality, individual differences in organizational settings, human resource management, leadership, and employer branding. She has received the Best Conference Paper award at the Academy of Management, and her research has been published in leading academic journals, including Human Resource Management and the International Journal of Selection and Assessment.
