Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming workplaces across the United States. While AI can be used to improve safety and efficiency, many employers use it to cut jobs, reduce labor costs, and expand worker surveillance. Without strong worker voice, collective bargaining, and enforceable safeguards, AI poses serious risks for workers in nearly every industry.
