Professional Bio
I'm eager to extend my studies in Psychology and Human Resources to further grow my understanding of behavior and employee well-being. My involvement in PEARL lab has been helping me to build a strong foundation of IO Psychology and expose me to the application of employee satisfaction. While also being involved in THON and SHRM, it has helped me to strengthen my understanding of collaboration and supportive environments. I'm hoping to meet others throughout the program, gain a close relationship with my professors, and apply what I learn to the workplace.
