Hi, I’m Kayla! I am currently in Penn State’s IUG program, working towards a Master’s in Human Resources and Employment Relations while completing my Bachelor of Science in Labor and Human Resources, with a Minor in Dispute Management and Resolution. This past summer I worked as an Employee Relations Intern for PNC Bank, where I gained a ton of valuable experience and connections. I will be returning to PNC full-time after graduation. I’m passionate about HR and helping employees feel valued while supporting the needs and goals of the business.
