Professional Bio
Meagan Wright is an employee and labor relations partner at Jefferson Health. She spent nearly nine years at International Paper, where she advanced from human resources associate to HR business partner, supporting multiple manufacturing facilities across Alabama, Louisiana, Connecticut, Maine, and Pennsylvania. In that role, she provided labor and employee relations guidance, led recruitment and onboarding for new facilities, and served as lead recruiter for Penn State's Human Resources Development Program beginning in 2018. Wright earned her B.S. in labor and employment relations from Penn State in 2016 and her M.P.S. in human resources and employment relations from Penn State in 2017.
