Stephanie Nycum Doliveira Set to Deliver 24th Annual Outstanding Alumni Lecture (October 2023)
The School of Labor and Employment Relations is thrilled to announce that Stephanie Nycum Doliveira, Esquire '93 has been selected as the 24th Annual Outstanding Alumni Awardee. She will return to University Park on Thursday, October 12 to deliver her speech, The Secret Sauce: Investing in People and Culture.

Stephanie Doliveira is the executive vice president of People & Culture at Sheetz, Inc. where she is responsible for strategic planning and execution of people-centric initiatives. She is also the executive sponsor of the company’s commitment to IDEA—Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility—an integral part of the overall corporate strategy. She is very proud and humbled to be the first female executive vice president in the seventy-plus year history of the company.

She is the proud mom of two loving sons, Gabriel and Carter. Overall, Stephanie is a staunch advocate for children, childcare, and early learning. Since 2008, she has been a member of the Pennsylvania Governor’s Early Learning Investment Commission and currently serves as the co-chair. She also serves on the Sheetz Family Charities board of directors, an employee-driven charity focused on children in need.
Prior to joining Sheetz, Stephanie practiced labor and employment law representing employers at a firm based in Pennsylvania. She received a bachelor of science degree in labor and industrial relations from the Penn State’s School of Labor and Employment Relations in 1993. She then went on to earn a juris doctorate from the Widener University School of Law, Commonwealth Campus in 1996.
