About the Presentation
Our collective experience around the globe in 2020 made clear that the world of work has been forever changed. The new context is one of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. One impact of this new context has been the emergence of the Human Resource leader as a linchpin role in helping organizations navigate their way forward. While successful HR leaders have historically demonstrated leadership qualities such as empathy, flexibility, rapport building, and collaboration, these qualities have now become non-negotiable table stakes. Join Scott Rosen, Founder and President of The Rosen Group, a premier HR staffing firm, as he discusses the market for HR leaders and the competencies and personal traits that hiring companies are seeking from HR professionals.
