This virtual Paper Development Workshop (organized by Elaine Farndale, Miguel Olivas-Lujan, and Maja Vidovic) is designed primarily for junior academic faculty or doctoral students looking to improve their publishing skills in the international HRM field. The workshop will include paper development roundtables (using Zoom breakout rooms) that are intended to be developmental conversations among a small group of scholars led by an expert mentor. The workshop will also include plenary panel discussions including leading scholars in the IHRM field (Professors James Sun, Emma Parry, and Jaime Bonache).
