Jim Ryerson is a human resources executive at Caterpillar, Inc., a leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engines, industrial gas turbines, and diesel-electric locomotives. He earned his degree in labor and employment relations from Penn State in 1993 and has built an extensive career in human resources leadership within manufacturing and industrial sectors.
