Kristie Pappal

Professional Bio

Kristie Pappal is vice president of human resources for the Philadelphia Eagles, where she has provided comprehensive HR leadership since 2007, overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, compensation, and organizational development. She holds a B.S. in labor and industrial relations from Penn State and an M.S. in human resource management from Temple University's Fox School of Business. Pappal is SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified and received the Penn State College of the Liberal Arts Outstanding Young Alumni Award in 2015 and the LER Distinguished Alumni Award in 2018. She serves as a Liberal Arts alumni mentor and is a member of POWER, the Power of Professional Women.
