Valerie Bennardo is a human capital senior manager at Deloitte Consulting LLP, where she serves as a solution-oriented talent adviser working alongside clients to develop collaborative approaches to business results. She has more than eleven years of human capital consulting experience focusing on maximizing talent assets, driving employee development, initiating strategic change, and implementing flexible organizational models. Bennardo earned a B.S. from Penn State's School of LER and an M.S. in human resources and employment relations from Penn State in 2011. She received the school's inaugural G.O.L.D. (Graduate of the Last Decade) Award in 2023.
