Union staffers are building the history and future of the labor movement today.
When you are most effective in your role, you help members exercise their power and drive our movement forward. Participants in this program will gain a foundational understanding of our labor history and uncover the structure and relationships that shape today’s labor movement. You will also build practical skills to be more impactful in your work, including having tough conversations, managing time effectively, and supporting worksite leaders in building stronger unions. This program is designed for newer union staff in any role.

The session begins with lunch at Noon on the first day and concludes with lunch at Noon on the final day.
