Submitting Accepted Papers
Procedure for submitting full papers if your abstract has been accepted
Best paper award
To compete for the best paper award full papers must be submitted by August 31, 2026. The best paper award is being sponsored by The International Journal of Human Resource Management.
After clicking submit, you need to click on the button “Register for 2026 Global Conference on IHRM” to be taken to the conference registration page.
Selected papers must be submitted by August 31, 2026. You will have already been notified if your paper has been selected for presentation.
Please adhere to the following format when writing your final paper:
- The entire paper (cover page, abstract, main text, figures, tables, references, appendices) must be in ONE document created in PDF, DOC, or DOCX format. The maximum length of the paper is 40 pages (including ALL tables, appendices, and references).
- The cover page should include the title, name of the author(s), institution, and full correspondence details.
- The second page should include an abstract of 100-150 words (which can be included in the conference program);
- Formatting should be as per Academy of Management Journal submission style (see Academy of Management Journal STYLE GUIDE FOR AUTHORS).
To submit your full paper, please attach your full paper as a PDF or Word document to the form below.
All registered participants will receive the abstracts and a detailed conference program one week in advance of the conference. The full papers will be made available on the day of the conference and are included in the conference fee. Papers will not be published in any conference proceedings.
