The School of Labor and Employment Relations offers four bachelor’s degrees through Penn State’s World Campus that prepare students for such vital roles:

We also offer an integrated online Bachelor of Science in Labor and Human Resources/MPS in Human Resources and Employment Relations option.

Virtual SHRM Chapter
The Virtual Society of Human Resource Management Chapter at Penn State World Campus is aimed to provide information to all students interested in learning more about Human Resources and Employment Relations. The club connects World Campus HR/LER students to professional and educational resources while offering a community to further HR knowledge, practice and scholarship.
