I am a first year IUG student in the Human Resources and Employment Relations program. Currently, I am in my second year in being a Resident Assistant (RA) for first year students at Penn State where I have gained incredibly valuable experience and built a cohesive community in my residence hall. I also am a Facility Attendant for Campus Recreation in the Intramural Building where I multi-task in a fast-paced environment to ensure great customer service for our patrons. I am a member in Lion Ambassadors and we partner with the Penn State Alumni Association (PSAA) and our sister organization Blue and White Society (BWS). I currently hold the Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity (DEI) external position in which I collaborate with the University Relations Director in our organization to further develop our DEI efforts to continue creating a more inclusive environment externally. I am also a sister in Zeta Tau Alpha and held the Pi Chi recruitment counselor role in which we counsel potential new members and aid with logistics. I am excited for my journey in the IUG program to grow and develop certain skillsets that will help me in my career. I have a keen interest in recruitment and talent management and hope to learn more about different areas in HR.
