Professional Bio
I am a student in the IUG Psychology/Human Resources and Employment Relations program at Penn State. I will be graduating with honors in May 2023 with my undergraduate degree in Psychology and May 2024 with my master's degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations.
Currently, I am a research assistant in Penn State’s Effective Assessment of Group Engagement and Re-Engagement Lab and a server at The Corner Room restaurant. I hope to integrate the results of our research with my education and customer service skills learned in the restaurant industry to make the work world a more effective space within the field of Human Resources and Employment Relations.
