Renzo Vito Salvador Florian is a Peruvian lawyer who graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and specialized in labor law. His professional practice focuses on counseling unions and individual workers. Since 2018, he has been part of the legal team of the Sindicato Unitario de Trabajadores de Telefónica del Perú, an organization founded in 1931 and with over 600 members nationwide.
As an academic, his areas of interest focus on the control of corporate power, especially in dismissal, and the protection of workers' fundamental rights.
