Professional Bio
Luciana Manroop is the Assistant Research Professor for CRANET and the CIHRS. Her research focuses on strategic human capital, employee mobility, and inclusiveness in the workplace. She earned her Ph.D. in Business Administration, with a focus on Management, from the University of Cincinnati. Her research draws on both quantitative and qualitative methods, with particular expertise in working with large-scale datasets. She brings experience in data management and analysis, using rigorous empirical approaches to examine questions in workplace management and human resource management.
