Introduction to Supervision: Leadership

Description

Virtually all ambitious staff seek promotion. Virtually every line of promotion will eventually result in the employee's becoming a supervisor: someone who is responsible for the work performance of one or more other staff. This introduction to that higher level of responsibility stresses the manner in which the interpersonal conduct of the supervisor will allow him or her to develop leadership qualities among those individuals with whom he must work.
