I chose the IUG HRER program primarily because I could earn my bachelor’s and master’s in a total of 5 years. Also, this program is highly recognized in the nation and has remarkable faculty that prepares me succeed in my future career.

The program has helped me improve my critical thinking skills, learn the academic principles of HRER, and apply concepts to real life examples.

This program has small to medium class sizes to promote in-class discussion, provides great amount of academic and career related resources to students, and gives opportunities for students to engage with successful alumni in the field.
