The flexibility and convenience offered by the Penn State World Campus program has given me the opportunity to continue pursuing my academic goals without having to relocate my family or abandon my career. My professors have not only contributed to the field of human resources but have been an excellent resource in my development as an HR professional. They have been knowledgeable, accessible, approachable, and have taken a personal interest in my academic success. This program has exceeded all my expectations! I highly recommend this program to anyone trying to maintain a work-life balance while simultaneously pursuing an advanced degree in human resources.
