Registration fee: includes all conference materials, refreshments, lunches and a conference dinner on 10 May.

Early bird registration (before 9 March 2019): now closed

Student registration (before 9 March 2019): $225 (with proof of student status which must be emailed at the time of payment to )

Regular registration (9 March 2019 onward): $325

Only payments by credit card or Visa debit card can be accepted online. (Please note that payments by Amex are not possible online.) If you are unable to pay the registration fee online, please contact us at .

Cancellation policy: If your request to withdraw is received before April 25, 2019, we can issue a partial refund. Send your request by email to . For cancellations made before 11 April 2019, a $50 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal. For cancellations made between 11 - 25 April 2019, 50% of the conference fee paid will be refunded. After this date no further refund will be possible. All refunds will be paid in USD.
