She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations and intends to graduate in May 2019.

This summer, Rebecca completed her third internship with TE Connectivity, a global manufacturing company that creates sensors and connectors for a large variety of products. She worked alongside their Corporate Human Resource team, assisting with HR analytics, spearheading business-specific engagement surveys, and supporting the organization’s leadership review. The previous summer, Rebecca interned with AmerisourceBergen, an American drug wholesale company. She worked with their Human Resource Information Systems team, gaining invaluable experience in many systems, including Workday, Taleo, Kronos, and Cornerstone. Lastly, Rebecca spent the summer of 2016 interning with Accolade, an innovative company reinventing the navigation of healthcare. She completed a variety of projects with their People Support department, such as auditing I-9s and analyzing employee engagement surveys.

Of special note, Rebecca is a huge supporter of THON, the largest student-run philanthropy in the world, raising money and spreading awareness for pediatric cancer. Last year, she had the opportunity to serve as a Dancer Relations Captain. Other interests include singing and playing guitar, as well as a deep love for her two rambunctious dogs.
