Shenchen Tian, born and raised in China, is currently a first year master's student at Penn State University in the program of Human Resources and Employment Relations. She pursued her Bachelor degree in Business Management, which gives her the chance to get to know every aspects of business operation. Graduated with a GPA of 3.86, she also took an active part in extracurricular activities, such as serving in the Student Union and as the APEC volunteer. After four-year intensive study, she felt that human capital is the most unique resource for a company which is almost impossible for competitors to replicate. Also she is very impressed about how people come from different culture can inspire each other to create bright ideas. So she decided to devote herself to leveraging diversity into productivity in human resource management processes. With a positive energy as always, she is looking forward to all the opportunities and ready for all the challenges ahead of her.
