My name is Michael Krastin and I am a Masters student in Human Resources and Employment Relations at Penn State University. My role as an aspiring HR professional is to reach organizational goals by means of labor efficiency, return on investment and Human capital retention. Adapting to current employee practices is important to me which is why I intend to specialize in HRIS systems and other technological modules within the field of HR. My motivation to study HR comes from the desire to make positive changes in the working world. I thoroughly enjoy what I study, and I hope to make my profession a fulfilling part of my life. In my free time I am a freelance musician, avid hiker and I am on the club Judo team at Penn State.
