  • The site Human Resources Manager has full Human Resources responsibility for manufacturing operations, including working as a business partner to business leaders. The HR Manager leads the HR function and ensures federal and state regulations and company policies, practices and programs relating to human resources are implemented and enacted. Champions a positive, people-focused culture and leads continuous improvement in areas related to Human Resources.
  • Partners with business leadership to appropriately resolve team member relations issues including issues requiring corrective action.
  • Ensures the required HR training is being conducted, including: Interviewing, hiring, performance management, safety, terminations, promotions/progression, harassment and discrimination, FMLA/ADA, compliance, policy and procedures and specific needs to address cultural issues.
  • Ensures legal regulations and government reporting requirements affecting Human Resources are in full compliance with state and Federal law.
  • Responsible for preparing annual Human Resources budget for the location
  •  Continually monitors team member relations to implement correction, training, policies as needed.
  • Oversees all processes and programs to ensure adequate talent
  • Administers full Human Resources program to address all areas of human resources: Including, but not limited to recruiting, talent, safety, job satisfaction, training, scheduling, compensation, unemployment, and continually working to improve in all areas.
  • Responsible for annual organizational surveys and results to accurately address team effectiveness, morale, communication, union avoidance and talent needs, etc.


  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Five years of Human Resources experience required
  • Must be current in practices of employment law, train the trainer, benefits and compensation, OSHA record keeping, etc.
  • Able to use MS Office products proficiently and professionally.
  • Abilities to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills are required as well as good public relations, public speaking, instructional/teaching, and customer service skills.
  • Team oriented attitude and leadership style; including a positive attitude and self-discipline
  • Professional HR certification is desirable, but not required.
